This was the biggest project I have ever worked on! It was basically 4-5 cards in one shadowbox, and also a completely new media context and artwork style.

I started by printing, cutting, processing and assembling all the separate parts of the poster shadowbox: the pilot, legs, both arms, and the torso with the head.

Next I build the left arm:

Since the pieces are quite big and made out of printing paper, they were quite fragile and soft, so I needed to reinforce them, so I added wood glue on the back. This hardens quite strong and transparent, so it was perfect for this need.
